Request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and sealed with their protective film intact, unused and in their original condition.
You pay return postage, plus a processing and original-delivery deduction for an authorized change-of-mind return. Warranty replacement delivery is assessed separately under the terms applicable to your purchase and applicable law; see the Replacement Policy for any applicable fees.
Wood moves naturally with moisture. Use, care and storage conditions are assessed individually; damage alone does not establish misuse. This does not exclude manufacturing defects or limit applicable legal warranties. Contact us about damaged, defective or incorrect items or other product concerns. When damage falls outside warranty coverage, we may offer a one-time goodwill replacement following an individual assessment. This does not create entitlement to further goodwill replacements or limit applicable warranty rights. A goodwill replacement is offered only where no remedy is required by applicable law or warranty.

About this product
The board is made from solid maple pieces joined with wood glue. Joining the pieces creates a wider surface and brings their grain patterns together.
Yes. The grooved face holds up to 3 fl oz of liquid when carving cooked meat or cutting juicy ingredients. The flat reverse face suits preparation and serving.
Choose this 20 × 14-inch board for more working room. The 16 × 12-inch model takes less counter and storage space. Both are 0.75 inch thick.

When washing is needed
Use lukewarm water, mild dish soap and a soft brush. Wash both faces and all edges, then rinse without leaving the board in water.
Never soak the board or put it in the dishwasher.
Right after rinsing
Towel-dry both faces and all edges. Then stand the board securely on its edge so air can reach both sides, away from direct heat. Store it only when completely dry.
Once the board is completely dry, oil it if the wood looks dry or dull.
