This policy sets out the outbound shipping fees for approved warranty replacements. Coverage and claims are assessed under our Warranty & Returns policy and applicable law.
One-time goodwill replacements
When damage falls outside warranty coverage, we may offer a one-time goodwill replacement following an individual assessment. This does not create entitlement to further goodwill replacements or limit applicable warranty rights.
A goodwill replacement is discretionary and is offered only where no remedy is required by applicable law or warranty. This does not exclude manufacturing defects or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Outbound replacement shipping fees
Where shipping fees may be charged under the warranty terms applicable to your purchase and applicable law, the following fee applies once per replacement shipment. It is based on the combined listed product weights of all replacement items, excluding packaging. Add the product weights together before applying the table; do not round each item separately.

Applicable taxes are added to every fee. For example, a combined product weight of 6.2 kg has a shipping fee of CAD $45 plus applicable taxes. These rates cover outbound delivery of the replacement products only.
Legal warranties and earlier purchases
These fees do not apply when applicable law requires us to bear the shipping costs. Nothing in this policy limits legal warranties or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
This policy does not change the terms applicable to earlier purchases. Those purchases remain subject to the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase and applicable law.
