Warranty claims

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number, a brief description, and photographs of the item and packaging. These claims are assessed separately from change-of-mind returns under our replacement and warranty process and applicable legal warranties.

Change-of-mind returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and sealed in their original protective film. Proof of purchase and prior authorization are required. You pay return shipping, and a processing and original-delivery deduction is subtracted from the refund. Please read the full returns policy before requesting a return.

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
