Shipping Policy


Here are some details to learn more about our shipping policy.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping (2 to 10 business days) within most of Canada, including major urban, suburban, and most rural areas, with no minimum purchase required.

PO Box deliveries within these provinces are handled by Canada Post and are subject to the following surcharges:

  • $15.00 for orders between 0–4.99 kg
  • $30.00 for orders 5 kg and above

Please note: If you select the free shipping option but provide a PO Box as your delivery address, you will receive an invoice by email for the balance required to cover the applicable PO Box delivery surcharge. Your order will be held until the outstanding amount is paid.

Remote areas and territories (4 of 13 provinces) are subject to the following shipping rates:

  • $20.00 for orders between 0–4.99 kg (delivery in 10 to 30 business days)
  • $50.00 for orders 5 kg and above (delivery in 10 to 30 business days)

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We typically need 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order. After that, delivery time depends on your location:

  • 2 to 10 business days for most of Canada
  • 10 to 30 business days for remote areas and territories

Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak periods. We work with third-party carriers across Canada to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that delays caused by extreme weather, labour disruptions, or other exceptional events are beyond our control.

DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED DELIVERIES?

We do not currently offer a signature-required shipping option. However, we strongly recommend signing up for FlexDelivery, a free service from Canada Post that lets you ship directly to the post office of your choice.

Once registered, use your FlexDelivery address at checkout. The first line of the address should start with “PO box 99900” and end with your unique 8-character identifier (Learn more...).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THEM ALL

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments. Please refer to your tracking details for more information.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER

Please check the tracking page for the latest status. If marked as delivered but not received, inspect your property, common mail areas, and ask neighbours. Delivery drivers may leave packages in secure or hidden locations to prevent theft.

If your order is not delivered within ten (10) days of the estimated delivery date, you may request a lost package reimbursement by emailing contact@maisonrodin.com. Please include your order number and full shipping address. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

RETURNED PARCELS DUE TO DELIVERY ISSUES

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, a failed delivery attempt, or the parcel not being claimed during the carrier’s hold period, we will notify you by email.

In the event of a refund request for such returned orders, a processing fee of 20% of the total amount paid (excluding shipping) will be withheld to cover the handling and return costs. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
