Using it in your kitchen
- The mat measures 16 × 12 inches, so it is smaller than our larger butcher blocks. Check that the block sits securely before cutting.
- You can also place it under the block while applying oil or cream.
- Wipe it clean or wash it in the dishwasher. This applies to the silicone mat only.
- Weight: about 350 g (12.3 oz).

Compare the mat’s dimensions with your block. It is smaller than our larger blocks, so check that the block rests securely without rocking before cutting.

Wipe it clean or put it in the dishwasher as needed. Keep wooden boards out of the dishwasher.
